Easy Tech Support – Part 1: The Basics

Do you know someone that doesn’t know much about computers or how to use them properly and always asks you for help?

Well now, thanks to Google, you have a handy tool to help them out easily. A few folks at Google made a site from which you can send short videos on each of the most common questions asked by novice computer users.
